eLearning for Intuit for Education

In collaboration with Everbright, I designed a large-scale eLearning experience for Intuit for Education to support educators guiding students through financial literacy programs. The goal was to create an engaging, accessible learning environment that could scale across Intuit’s extensive public-facing curriculum.

Working closely with learning experience designers, I translated evolving content into clear, cohesive visuals under a tight timeline. The project coincided with Intuit’s broader rebrand, requiring me to work within a limited and evolving asset library while still delivering a polished experience. I developed a flexible visual system that incorporated stock photography as a consistent “guide” presence, supplemented by custom graphics and illustrations to expand the visual language and align with the new brand direction.

A key requirement was ensuring that many deliverables—such as slides and supporting documents—were easily editable by non-designers. I built templates and design frameworks that balanced visual quality with usability, empowering internal teams to maintain consistency while adapting content independently.

Despite shifting requirements and rapid iteration cycles, the final product delivers a cohesive and approachable learning experience that supports educators with clarity and confidence.
