With no existing illustration library, I collaborated with stakeholders to establish a visual direction that felt engaging without becoming heavy or clinical. We landed on a modern, flat illustration style that leverages Ofcom’s bright brand palette—bringing clarity and warmth to the experience while maintaining the necessary sensitivity.

The result is a clean, accessible learning experience that communicates important material with ease, supported by a cohesive visual system developed specifically for the project.
